[D/FW RX-7] what shop to overhaul my '87 ?

I love the rx7, and bought one that won't start due to high miles, I'm sure.  I have an '87 with about 180K on it. Want to find a good reputable shop, ( I am in west Plano).  Will haul it anywhere here in the GigaPlex.
Just now joining the club. Saw the cars at the State Fair a couple of years ago. Great. Thanks.
